  • This remedy relieves sharp pain that seems to follow the nerve’s path.
  • Indicated for treating a fracture of the skull, and for open wounds with weakness due to blood loss.
  • Helps to treat injury to coccyx due to fall.
  1. Aconitum napellus
  • This remedy can be helpful when a person feels extremely fearful or agitated after being injured.
  • It may help to soothe anxiety and panic and reduce the chance of shock.
  1. Arnica montana
  • This remedy relieves pain, bruising and swelling associated with trauma, surgery or overexertion.
  • Arnica ointment works well in treating stretch marks, especially caused during pregnancy.
  1. Calcarea phosphorica
  • This remedy is useful for bone bruises, old or slow-healing fractures, or any injury that leads to soreness in the bones, especially if the area feels cold or numb and improves with warmth.
  • The muscles near the injury may ache or stiffen.
  1. Calendula Ointment
  • This remedy can be applied to disinfected cuts, chapping, burns and scrapes.
  • Helpful in deep cut or tears in scalp, open wounds and eye injuries which form pus.

  • This remedy can be helpful as first aid if heavy bleeding occurs after an injury, with a feeling of nausea and weakness.
  1. Ledum palustre
  • It is used to treat punctured wounds due to bites or sharp pointed objects, especially the wounded areas feel cold.

  • Contusions or sprains that involve small broken blood-vessels and lead to bruise like bleeding beneath the skin suggest the use of this remedy.
  • It is often also useful for nosebleeds after injury, and for bleeding in other parts of the body (for instance, after childbirth or surgery).

  • It is used as a prime remedy in homeopathy to aid healing of fractured bone. It boosts the activity of fibroblasts cells to help union of fractured bone speedily.
  • Indicated for cases of fracture to resolve pain that remains at fracture site even after complete bone healing.
  • It is valuable if blunt injury occurs to the eyeball (from a rock, a stick, a flying object, etc.)
  1. Rhus tox
  • Pains tearing in tendons, ligaments, and fascia.
  • Cases of sprain and injury to the ligament of the knee are treated well with Rhus Tox.
  • Motion helps to relieve the pain.
  1. Hamamelis
  • It helps treat traumatic wounds, contusions, scalds and wounds that bleeds profusely.
